Great job, my only comment is I find the list of stuff I haven't done needs to be more in context. The technician was very helpful but the list itself was intimidating.

I'm disappointed that it took 2 days and $650 labor for one glow plug and one wiring harness. Otherwise, I'm happy with the friendly customer service.
