THE BEST MECHANIC SERVICE I’VE EVER HAD! • The staff provided extensive and detailed images of all diagnostics they ran on my vehicle (stuff I didn’t ask them to inspect but they did out of courtesy) • They provided clear invoice details and costs with email receipts and text messages to ensure I didn’t feel as if I was being scammed or up-charged • They explained which additional repairs that would be ideal for me to have done and the safety concerns related to them as opposed to just trying to pull at my pockets • Timely, professional, and engaging staff made me feel respected throughout the whole process • Ensured that even though their week was finished, I got my car back before they went home I have worked with multiple mechanics so far in my life and I can confidently say Stang Auto Tech has been my favorite. I was recommended to them by my normal mechanic and I couldn’t be happier with how this process turned out. Not to mention, I was contacted at their time of closing on a Friday and a representative took time out of his day to collect payment from me and ensure I got my vehicle back for the weekend after his day was supposed to be concluded.
