Oil change - First time customer.

I'm disappointed that it took 2 days and $650 labor for one glow plug and one wiring harness. Otherwise, I'm happy with the friendly customer service.

I left the car with a potential transmission problem, but the car ran fine. When I picked it up, it wouldn't shift out of 2nd gear. I was charged for checking the transmission and brakes (which I was told in advance, so it wasn't a surprise), but specia.

Robert and crew did exactly what I asked. They alerted me to other issues with my vehicle and recommended future service. All around great experience.
