The Advisor have to work hard on the schedule every day, but continue to address the customers needs. All work and associated charges are always approved before any repairs or services are performed, and we make every effort to answer any questions or concerns beforehand. It is always the customer's choice whether to proceed with the recommended repairs, wait, or choose another repair facility. We stand behind our work with a nationwide 3-year/36,000-mile warranty on parts and labor. Your repairs were completed over 17 months ago, and we sent several follow-up messages to ensure everything was performing as expected. Had we been made aware of any issue with our workmanship or the parts we installed, we would have addressed it at no charge in the most convenient way possible. Unfortunately, when you responded to our most recent follow-up, the conversation ended after your response included profanity. Our team is committed to providing quality repairs and exceptional customer service earning their continued trust and confidence at every visit. We will always stand behind our work and correct any mistake if one is found.

It is all about communication. It is your vehicle, your money, tour time, and your choice. It is our job to let you know what you need and why, we work hard to let you know ahead of time is you can plan with what fits your situation. Thanks for the very nice compliment, it is appreciated.
