This is the second of three times that I've had to come in the last 6 months that the total charge was below the original estimate. Not only that, I brought my car in at 10am and had it back by the end of the day. It seems like I've finally found an auto shop that puts customer service first. Perhaps most memorable, SAT took my car in to get retested after it failed emissions. I wasn't expecting that, and it was a relief not to have to experience that nerve-wracking wait a second time. I've certainly not ever before used a shop that gave me multiple opportunities to give feedback after service, nor sent thank you cards to me in the mail.
