Robert and his staff treat each customer like extended family. Nino tries always to schedule appoints as close to the time the customer prefers as possible. Quotes are always very close for parts and service. Robert does much of the work himself and gives auto advise with valuable information. His company is not pushy and will work with you saving time for jobs necessary but not emergency. He is truthful when there is urgency. He and his staff are as I remember in yesteryear (1950's-60). I was very pleased with the level of customer service at Stang Auto Tech. They fit me into their schedule on very short notice, provided a courtesy shuttle ride to and from my home so I didn't have to wait around, and their communications are excellent. I appreciated getting an initial quote emailed to me before the service so I could take the time to carefully consider each expense and be prepared. Over-all the technicians did a great job of explaining their process and were very respectful and polite. I will definitely bring my car back.

I have been having my car serviced at Stang for over 4 years now and I have ALWAYS been completely satisfied and impressed by the way Robert runs the business. I have complete faith in Stang's honesty and integrity which has been demonstrated to me multiple times. And I was VERY pleasantly surprised when I realize that they had pushed out a couple of large dings in the lower front of my car when they had it up on the rack. They didn't even mention it, but I was delighted when I discovered they had done that!
