Really Nice people. However Stang could not definitively diagnose the problem and what they "thought" was the issue was not the issue. I took the car over to an Audi shop and the cost to fix the issues was 1/2 of the estimate that Stang gave to me. I am a little discouraged that I paid $200 for a diagnosis and it was not the correct diagnoses. Maybe they are not comfortable with European cars.
We always appreciate feedback and constructive criticism from our customers, this is very important to us. Richard will be providing us documentation of the services performed and we will refund the money he spent with us. We will investigate the cause of this issue and implement corrective actions to prevent it from happening in the future.
