Was disappointed that no one called me on 2/8/17 to say my car was ready to pick up. I called around 430 PM to ask since I did not have a car and would need transportation if it was not going to be ready. I was told it was done and ready to pick up. Once I got there the oil change and tire rotation was not done so they had to do it quickly while I waited.
Yes, the mechanic was running behind on Ryan's vehicle and there was some miscommunication between him and the Advisor. We identified the mistake, handled it immediately, and did what we could to address the inconvenience to Ryan.
