Robert, You know that my family has complete trust in the work that your shop do. I am very disappointed in the service that I received with the 2005 Nissan last week. I called ahead to see if you could get the Nissan in to do the necessary repairs, within a time frame that I thought was good. I was told that there should be no problem in repairing the vehicle within that time frame. After I dropped the vehicle off, I did not hear from you until I called over 24 hours after the drop off. At that time I was told that the initial check was being completed, and I would receive a call with an estimate on the repairs. Again, I had to call to find out what the estimate was. I was told that I needed a part that was put on by your shop just a few months prior. I did receive a call, and was told that another part was needed, and the other part was OK. I was given an estimate for the repairs that I agreed to, and was told that the vehicle should be ready the next day. Again, I had to call to see if I could pick up the vehicle, and was told it would not be ready until the following day. I again, had to call to see if the vehicle was ready and did not get an answer, but was told I would receive a call shortly. After two to three hours, I did get a call and was told that the vehicle was ready to be picked up. The vehicle is running great, and your shop did a great job with the repairs. My complaint is that I was told that the repairs shouldn't take but two days, but it turned out to be five days. I had to make the calls to see what was going on, I understand that calls cannot be made by your shop every hour or so, but an effort should be made to advise your customer of what is going on and not make the customer do the initial contact each time. s
