The team over at Stang, especially Kyle, were some of the most helpful people that I have ever encountered in customer service. On April 10th 2019 we had an ice storm here in the Denver area. I slid my 2015 Tesla Model S into a curb, both the right front wheel and the back wheel slammed into a curb pretty violently. Tesla, being as unpredictable as they are, couldn't get me in for service until the 29th of April. Tesla's customer service lacks in many ways and departments. I texted a number from Stang's website at 9:10PM that night, 20 minutes later I received a response saying they could help. The biggest problem I had with getting my car fixed was dealing with Tesla to obtain the parts. Kyle, at Stang, was super patient and willing to go above and beyond to help me out and get me back on the road safely and at an honest price. I highly recommend Stang for you automotive needs. Myself and my wife have found new auto mechanics and we as loyal as they come when fantastic service is presented.
