I want to know who their office manager is because they have optimized every aspect of their business from easy app, to easy click here text to see report, suggestions, who worked on the car and a pic, to optimal and quick COVID Response keeping themselves and customers safe, to billing options, to drop off options and ride options—- and, yes, most bang for the buck!

Stang Auto Tech, I wish I could give them 6 out of 5, 11 out of 10, etc. I've been going to them for years, multiple vehicles, and some HEAVY DUTY work too. Did you know you have to remove the entire cab of some F-350's to get to some areas of the engine?!? I own and have owned gas and diesel vehicles. They deal with everything. What's more, you can trust that they hold themselves to a higher standard as they warranty their work! That is a rarity these days with auto service providers. Read that again: warranty for work on used vehicles! I've never had a new "under warranty" vehicle that they've worked on. Always used. I've only ever had one warranty item with them and it wasn't technically even their fault - a caliper rebuild kit they installed had an issue - but they covered it. It's so amazing to not only have a warranty for used vehicle service, but I'm so jaded in this modern age, that one expects to still pay something even for warranty items. It's shocking to pick up your vehicle, have your keys handed to you, "it's covered", no paperwork, just drive away...and they washed my truck as just an extra courtesy! To me those little things are priceless. When getting service they explain all potential charges up front, call you when they've figured out "whatever", give you your options and explain everything in minute detail when you pick up your vehicle. They also have a deal with the local Enterprise car rental for a super-reasonable rate, so if you don't have another vehicle to drive when you're vehicle is in the shop, this is a great option and I use it every time. The staff are all super personable, nice people as well. It's always like greeting friends when I show up. They send out coupons regularly, hold a yearly BBQ for their customers, all sorts of little things for their customers. I swear they're not paying me to write such a glowing review, they are really that amazing. In my professional life, I am a major customer advocate and it's such a relief to find service providers in my personal life who see things in the same way. I truly cannot recommend them highly enough.

All the work was done on time and satisfactorily. I was very impressed with the all the steps taken to make me feel comfortable bringing my car in during the pandemic. It seems like they thought of all the steps to make the whole transaction feel very safe.
