So happy to be a new client for Stang Auto! My almost new car was making an awful sound getting steadily worse and the dealership couldn't get me in for over 2 weeks. Stang found time for me quickly and fixed the problem which could have resulted in failed brakes if I had waited for the dealership. They are polite, gave me courtesy rides and even topped off fluids for me. And my dash seemed cleaner too....:) Hopefully I won't need repairs on a new car, but very glad to know where to take my car when I do.

How many people actually have a good time hanging out with the team at their automotive service/repair establishment? Well, during my very first time using the services of Stang Automotive....I did! Therefore, my (long overdue) review here refers not only to the excellent suggestions, options and eventual work that was done on my vehicle, but to the splendid group of employees--owners, mechanics, front desk, and even to other customers with whom I conversed during my drop off and pick up. Wonderful to have met Kyle, Robert and Derek and then, to see old friends Brian and David, whom I've known for many years, as part of the Stang "family". Great communication from Derick and David during the estimate and actual work process, as well as in person suggestions from Kyle and Brian when I was there in the shop. And Robert called out from from his office with a wave, smile and "Good Morning" the first time I'd ever set foot in the place! Also, I was able to take advantage of a terrific special rate offered by Stang on a car rental for a day or two, while work was being performed. And the rental location was just a few blocks away - with pick up and drop off. Even the other employees there that'd I'd not formally met offered greetings and a smile each time they walked by. Oh, and did I mention that my older SUV--after the work--was running smooth and like well oiled machine?! Great job! I'm delighted to have Stang Auto Tech as the place to now service my vehicle. And there's no doubt from the hundreds of enthusiastic reviews they receive, that so many other people feel the same. Thank you! Joe F.

I've been reading the reviews about Stang, some good, and recently some not so good. Our experience has been very good. They communicated fairly well, they are a little hard to get a hold of, they don't answer the phone when you call, but they always called me back relatively quickly. They were quick to diagnose the problem, and explained everything very well. I definitely will be bringing all my vehicles to Stang when needed.
