With the current demand for good automotive services it can be tough to address short term needs, however we always do our best and glad we were able to take care of you in the time frame you needed. The Advisor have to work hard on the schedule every day, but continue to address the customers needs. We know getting your vehicle to the service shop can be difficult and glad to offer shuttle service to make it more convienent. It is always the customer's choice whether to proceed with the recommended repairs, wait, or choose another repair facility. We stand behind our work with a nationwide 3-year/36,000-mile warranty on parts and labor. Your repairs were completed over 17 months ago, and we sent several follow-up messages to ensure everything was performing as expected. Had we been made aware of any issue with our workmanship or the parts we installed, we would have addressed it at no charge in the most convenient way possible. Unfortunately, when you responded to our most recent follow-up, the conversation ended after your response included profanity. Our team is committed to providing quality repairs and exceptional customer service earning their continued trust and confidence at every visit. We will always stand behind our work and correct any mistake if one is found.
