This is the second time I have had my 1998 F 150 serviced at Stang Auto Tech. They are professional, honest, experienced mechanics. I worked with Kyle and Tristan, they will take the time to listen to the customer, diagnose the problem and solve the issue. They had my rental available, when I arrived so I would not have to wait. They will text pictures and explain the service before performed, no hidden fees. I would trust Stang Auto with any vehicle I own. Thanks Stang Auto

I had a bad experience with another repair place. I remembered I had met a Stang person at an HOA gathering, and he had given me his business card. I had also read good reviews about Stang on the Nextdoor app. It appears they have diagnosed and repaired the problem, properly. They called and gave me updates about my truck. They were always friendly and professional on the phone, and when I went to pick up my truck. They also washed the truck, which was totally unexpected. I will go back there if I need future repairs.

Good, honest folks!

I am very disappointed with Stang Auto Tech and will not be giving them any more business. Our cars were serviced and seem to be in running order however I feel they overcharged us for a service I did not request on one of the vehicles and when I talked to them about their loyalty program they did not honor the discount. Rather than argue about it I just paid the amount and decided not to return. I brought both of my cars in for an oil change and asked if they would take a quick look at the brakes. Thinking that they would look at the brake pads and tell me their thickness. The Sienna they charged around $75 for a brake inspection. I accepted it and paid the bill. I wrote down when I turned in our Highlander that I only wanted an oil change and checked the box on the form and also submitted a coupon for the oil change. When I went to pick up the Highlander they charged me full price for the oil change and for a brake inspection. I also had to ask for an invoice so I could see the charges. Just not impressed with the service and will be going back to our old mechanic even though it is 15 minutes farther away. The service for two oil changes and a look at the brakes was well over $300. Which I believe is exorbitant
